From breakfast to dinner, everything tastes of home
Full board covers the whole day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. A choice of meat, fish and vegetarian menus, an evening starter, locally grown fruit and vegetables. The kitchen works with Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma ham and Italian extra virgin olive oil, all bought within our region.

This is what homemade means
The pasta is rolled by hand every morning and travels only a few metres to the table: from the board to the pan, from the pan to the dining room.
No ready-made products, no shortcuts: everything takes the time it needs, the way it would at home when someone is coming over.
What reaches the table was made today: that is the whole secret, and you can taste it.
